POSITIONDeliberately non-partisan

The ballot records the choice.
It does not record the journey.

Not a voting guide.
A mirror with sharp edges.

The book uses cognitive bias, rationalisation and the bell curve as a philosophical thought experiment. It asks how people can reach the same political choice through opposite paths—and how intelligence can become the advocate of a belief instead of its judge.

Along the way it touches slogans, moralism, extremism, freedom of speech and the right to be wrong. It does not ask the reader to change party. It asks how their ideas were built.

DANIELE FOTI DELIO FENATI

A rearrangement, not a disappearance.

Delio Fenati is an exact anagram of Daniele Foti: the same eleven letters and the same initials, rearranged into a credible Italian name.

The pseudonym leaves the author visible in plain sight while giving the essay a distinct public voice—close enough to carry the signature, different enough to enter the argument on its own terms.

The title starts the argument.
The book complicates it.
